Located at #107 Dela Rosa Street, Makati City, this 28-storey building has four lodging types: studio prime, studio deluxe, one-bedroom suite, and two- bedroom suite that can comfortably accommodate up to four adults and two children. In-room amenities include air-conditioning, cable TV, complete dinnerware and kitchen facilities, refrigerator, private toilet and bath, NDD/IDD phone, and queen bed. Mini bar, microwave oven, oven toaster, hair dryer, ironing board, daily newspaper, and single beds are available upon request.
