Designed by W. V. Coscolluela and Associates, these two high-rise residential condominiums developed by Rockwell Land Corporation, towers at 46 storeys and 44 storeys respectively. Named after the Filipino master of multimedia and abstract arts, and inspired by the Santana Row in San Francisco, California, Joya Lofts and Towers pioneered loft living in the country.
