Inspired by the San Francisco Bay Area’s energy and spirit is the Apple One Banawa Heights, a sister project of Apple One Tower. This Victorian-themed residential subdivision in Cebu sprawls over a 2.8 hectare property and it is divided into three distinct concepts - The Mansionettes, The Villas, and The Towers. The Mansionettes is composed of a three-storey condominium that is akin to grand houses. It has its own amenities such as a swimming pool and mini park. The second concept, The Villas, is composed of a four-storey, walk-up villa with only six units per floor. Amenities include a basketball court, boutiques, and a swimming pool. Meanwhile, The Towers is divided into private clusters that feature only five units per floor. Amenities for each tower are situated at the penthouse and include pocket gardens, an outdoor lounge, and swimming pool. Other facilities and special features within the complex include an al fresco café, convenience store, basketball court, Jacuzzi, multifunction gazebo, and grand fountain. 70% of the entire development is also dedicated to landscaped open spaces.
