Garden Towers is part of the 28-billion redevelopment plan that took place in Ayala Center Makati. Say that again? Reinvestment in the most expensive patch of land in the country? Mind you, prior to redevelopment, this had five hotels (shang, dusit, intercon, ascott, new world), five malls (SM, Glorietta, greenbelt, landmark, rustans), two offices (6750 and Glorietta 5).
